One Of The Worst Decisions You Can Make" — Ubi Franklin Regrets Having Kids With Multiple Women, Warns Young Men

Popular Nigerian music executive and talent manager, Ubi Franklin, has opened up like never before about his personal life, labeling the decision to have children with different women as one of his greatest life regrets.

Speaking on a deeply personal episode of his podcast, Talks with Ubi Franklin, the father of four dropped some heavy, unfiltered advice for younger Nigerian men about the emotional realities of co-parenting.

According to the entrepreneur, while he loves his children deeply, if he could go back in time, he would take a completely different path.

"One of the worst decisions you can ever make is to have kids with different women," Ubi shared honestly. "I’m one of those people who are in it... trust me, that should never be a decision you’re going to make in your life."

"Money Is Not The Problem"

Addressing the common misconception that wealth makes multiple baby mama situations easy, Ubi made it clear that financial responsibility is actually the easiest part of the equation. The real battlefield, he notes, is mental and emotional.

"Some of us are lucky enough that God has given us some good money to be able to take care of them, but taking care of them is not the problem. It’s managing the emotions of the adults who are their mothers," he confessed.

Ubi, who has frequently made headlines over the years regarding his complex relationships and public co-parenting spats, warned young men that they might not have the mental fortitude to survive the chaos.

"Please and please, no matter the money you have, no matter the life you want to live, let baby mama drama not be part of it. Some of us survived it, but some of you might not be able to survive it."

Closing his heavy advice, he reiterated that children remain life's greatest blessing, but urged the younger generation to aim for family stability:
If you can do anything possible in your life, just have all of them in one place."
